Staff was exceptional with excellent communication. The sweet receptionist arranged a massage for me and it was great. The room was very comfortable with a large bathroom. Breakfast had a wonderful variety of foods and beverages.

Location is just terrific, overall experience of spending a weekend in a real medieval tower, is not something you or your daughters will ever forget. Tangeled was nice movie and it is exactly the type of tower girls are ready to see. Board game is just a power up addition to the experience
