Instructions and communication with the host were clear and timely. Karlova Studanka is a great location, beautiful and green. At the same time there are not so many places to eat out so having a kitchen is definitely more convenient, especially with a child. Its a lot of self service but I think its great that you can just get a free coffee or a good (very cheap) cake when ever you want without disturbing anyone. Parking place for each room is a great advantage. The common space includes a kitchen and dining room on each floor (in our case for three rooms), what is very convenient.
