The staff was quite friendly, and the receptionist was exceptionally helpful and kind—making me feel right at home. The hotel is also English-friendly. The Christmas decorations were beautiful, and the nearby restaurant offered delicious food, a great atmosphere, and affordable prices. If I ever need a peaceful city escape, I’ll definitely be coming back.

The room wasn't ready for check in and had to go back several hours later. Moreover the hot water works by boiler shared with other apartments and couldn't shower for 2 days as the other apartments were using up all the hot water. Location was good and property was clean and comfortable.

Very good location near westbahnhof and Schloss Schönbrunn. Very comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful. Kitchen and bathroom were also good!
