The shower was ok. Nice pressure and plenty of hot water. The receptionists were amazing and clearly the heart and soul of the whole place, I just wish I didn't have to keep asking for things that should have been provided automatically. There were no slippers (even though they're listed in the facilities) and no coffee. Only tea but it was never replenished. Soap ("toiletries") not refilled. Wash basin half blocked. Honestly I don't know what the hype is all about, it's a central location, but to me it was just an average and overpriced place. Plus I was charged some "council tax" on top and I never had to pay it anywhere else.
