An amazing guest house by a calm lake in the middle of foresty hills. You feel almost like having a private lake for the guesthouse as there are no other house closeby (only about 1 km away, but not visible from the guesthouse). It is not a luxury place, but excellent place for the price. The location, atmosphere, surroundings, rustic architecture make it a very special place. Staff did not speak English, but they immediately took their phone out and communicated with Google translate. I felt really well served and welcomed! If you have a chance to get a room with lakeview it's great, but I I loved my stay even with a room with view to the backyard.

The most wonderful evening of our trip! The owner went out of his way to entertain us ... misty but beautiful walk to the Sequoia trees, a look at all the beautiful Kubicek balloons they fly (even though the weather didn't cooperate), cozy, inviting rooms plus wonderful food and libations... a great visit!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
