Cool straightforward staff, beautiful location (there is a lake like 5 minutes away by foot) & very good price. It takes approx. 5 minutes to reach the city center by car. At the location you can get food and drinks for very good prices. Beds are comfy and rooms are equipped with basic stuff but totally sufficient. The parking is free. There may be a trouble with coverage in the area, however, there is a free WiFi at the spot, so you can always call via WhatsApp and check everything on the internet. I highly recommend this booking for people interested in visiting Sternberk and its surroundings.

    Excellent location in a quiet area with a wonderful western exposure offering a stunning view. It's tranquil, peaceful, very neat and clean. In the Pension 'U Hradu', there is one of the best restaurants in the Czech Republic

    Great attention to detail, the owner responded to us quickly, he was waiting for us on arrival with the wood burning stove on and the room cosy and welcoming. Very well equipped, cooking and kitchen facilities, netflix, wood for the fire, private and nice outdoor space if the weather was good. Very friendly and personal service, we really enjoyed staying here and very impressed with how much is packed into this tiny house! Really warm and welcoming space and host

    Pension has a great location above the main Castle. You do not see the castle from the room, but you really have a wonderfull view overlooking the city. Room looks very modern, also the bathroom. Bed IS big and comfortable.

    fantastic place! wonderful air. you live as if in a forest, and at the same time all the benefits of civilization are available to you. We really enjoyed! and the owner is so charming and friendly! I felt the care of the guests. I recommend!!!

    Really nice place to stay for a week, also with kids! Beautifull nature. You can go for a walk or sit by the fireplace. We see some wildlife. Very cool host, he give us some good tips and advice and was helpfull!
