    - nice and friendly staff (reception, dining area) - excellent breakfast (when "full house"), at lower occupancy (our last day) there wasn't such a wide vairety of food - quiet location - great value for money - the room was warm enough even in winter

Good wines in the restaurant located on the 2nd floor (wine offered in whole bottles or a glass of 1.5 dcl). Tourist attractive location (beautiful city center, historical places, 2 churches, Jewish cemetery, springs of the Moravská Dyje river, etc.).
