Also host was very kind and responses for requests quite quickly. Room and bath had enough space and all necessary equipments. Private and gated parking right outside the apartment. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Super friendly and accommodating hosts. Also, a nice walk leads to town in approx. 30 minutes.
