It is a far away place to any district but nobody called me or text me any kind of late Check in. they Got full money but I didnt stay there. fırthermore, to the rules, they have to payback %20 in no show situation. but they didnt payback.

Excellent facilities, good location, clean rooms. My only negative observation occurred at the reception. I mentioned to the receptionist that I had already paid for the room, and she responded with a blunt "No, no, no," without even giving me the benefit of the doubt. After showing her (1) the payment receipt from Booking.com and (2) the charge on my credit card, she started searching on her computer... only to discover she had made a mistake. From my perspective, it was not a courteous way to greet a guest.
