It's super quiet, the place is much larger than you would think, and it has everything you need. We were worried that it would be a bit hot in summer, as it's right under the roof, but the modern blinds and big modern windows made it entirely pleasant! Incredible value for what you get. Our child loved the toys in the kids bedroom. The kitchen is neat and well equipped. The conservatory is a wonderful place to relax with a nice view of the mountains.
