The Hotel receptionist is not able to speak english very well, he was rude with me because I arrived late for check in, and he was on the bed already, I had to call the number on the front door and had to call twice to ask him to open the door, very bad manners even after I have explained that my flight was delayed, I did not want to stay for the second night and he forced me to pay de second night
