Things I liked: Great hostess, it's basically a house in which a lovely lady lives in a part of the house down stairs separate from the guest quarters but always available for assistance and the first floor 3 rooms and a kitchen with a electric stove, freezer, sink, tables, basically everything you need if you choose not to eat out and cook yourself a meal or chill some cheap beer from the store nearby. Room was comfortable with a big bed, 2 sets of blankets, towels, a tv, closet, controllable heaters, 2 windows, very quiet, very clean, nice bathroom with a shower cabin. Price was great for some conditions i didn't even have in a 4 star hotel. I highly reccomend a stay here if you are in the area. The place is basically 3 train stations away from the center of berlin, meaning a 30 min train trip. The house also has a nice backyard and a place to sit at a table and throw a few cold ones and I bet if you ask nicely, the lady there might even hook you up with a barbecue. Excellent breakfast, it is a perfect getaway to unwind in a nice setting, the hotel had a restaurant with a good variety of delicious food. It was very quiet, everything was very clean, comfortable room. Would stay again
