The location is safe, ABSOLUTELY QUIET, and very well connected to the city center (10 minutes by metro, and then 8 minutes of walking). It is also close to a local shopping center (ca. 12 minutes of walking), and to the University (ca. 18 minutes of walking). The breakfast is great and personalized. The staff is very friendly. Late check-in was possible. The facilities in the (appartment-like) room are all of high quality: beds, window shutters, kitchen and bathroom accessories, etc. etc.
