The self-check-in was great, very easy and comfortable. The room it self was very very clean and well equipped which was great, and we appreciated the fact that there was a coffee machine with extra coffee filters and little chocolates.

On arrival and 1st impressions you thought 🤔 but what a gem it turned out to be. We were met by a lovely lady Monika who was a fab host. The rooms were basic but very clean,Breakfast was plentiful and the evening food was cooked freshly 😋. Parking is a bonus,and the walk into Meersberg took about 25min.through rolling vineyards or you could get the number 700 bus outside the premises for 5 min ride into Meersberg. WiFi was fast,overall a great place.

    The appartement is spacious and well equiped. Parking is available on site. The host is very friendly; and very available. He took time late in the evening to direct us to the pharmacist on watch when we needed help.

    Manuela the hostess was AMAZING. Super helpful and friendly, gave great suggestions of places in the area, and even booked us a restaurant on the first night. There was delicious wine and treats when we arrived (we even went to buy more of the local wine while we were there). The apartment and the building are very tastefully decorated and a close walk to swim in the lake

    Quiet location in a beautiful villa, 20 min by walk from Immenstaad (5 min by e-bike, 2 min by car). The property has new owners, who were extremely kind and helpful and were tirelessly making sure we had a good stay.

    A first class hotel. Extremely comfortable in a quiet location on the edge of the Bodensee. Room was luxurious, couldn't think of anything that would have made it better. Food outstanding, both for evening meal and breakfast. One had to keep reminding oneself that an English chain hotel would have been more expensive. Although not cheap it was excellent value for money.

    Irina was a great hostess - we arrived on a Sunday and she left us ingredients for a really good breakfast in the fridge. The apartment is excellently located, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Although there is building works going on just outside, we really didn't hear any noise at all, and it didn't affect us.

    I was in the annex, which is detached/away from the main building (and thus restaurant). But thanks to this, my room was extremely quiet, which was great. Fresh fruits in the room was also a plus. The sauna was very nice and had everything one can expect.

    Bettina is a great host and we had a wonderful stay at her guesthouse. The location is very convenient and the house is beautiful. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the area. Bettina also offers wellness services and I highly recommend them.

    Great hosts, big room, comfy bed with all equipment you'll possibly need (coffee machine, kettle, small fridge, hairdryer). There is also a commin area/ lounge with cutlery, plates and microwave. Parking on the spot. Approximately 20 minutes from Friedrich'sHafen and 5-10 minutes to Boden-see.

    The area is very beautiful and quiet. You can easily reach all local attractions by boat or bicycle. The hotel is nice, well maintained and cozy. The hosts are ready to help with any questions you have. We spent really good time near the Bodemsee.
