Any question I had was answered immediately! The customer service was perfect. Heated floors in my room were amazing. My dog was allowed to come. Free parking right out front.

The breakfast was lovely with lots of options (didn't find regular, black tea). The staff was friendly. Had a family-run, down to earth feel. The room was very comfortable- beds and bath with balcony. We were able to check in early and store our bags in our room.

Great food, typical German as I expected, great employees, I felt at home, excellent coffee (large selection of white sausages, hot dogs, lots of rosz show sausages, great selection of juices, fresh bread and very good ❤️ if you arrive by bus, the bus stop is right next to the property (2 stops in both directions, very comfortable)
