It is close to Messe München Arena where Adele’s concert takes place , only one station ride. But far from the city center. I stayed in a guest house, my room was with balcony with a garden view. I would say that it’s perfect for short trip or individual/couple’s trips. Reception personnel were really nice and friendly. I would also say that location is pretty good, it’s close to the closest U-Bahn, maybe 15 min max to city centre and to main train station.
