Good location, but people early wakes me up, they walking around. Good price 43 euro with breakfast. By arriving the bell dind't work. Was outside waiting 10min.

I didn't expect to have such an amazing view of the Neuschwanstein castle from my bedroom window. It was such a special stay. The breakfast was basic but very good. The staff were very kind. Highly recommended.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room we booked wasn't available, the room we got was an upgrade so no complaints there. There's an outside playground and a small indoor play room, which were OK. There's a big inside + outside lounge. The breakfast buffet was better than the evening buffet, but still all OK and we were happy we didn't have to go out and look for a restaurant anymore after a full day of driving. Large parking area. Don't expect any luxurious family hotel, but everything you need for a short stay was there.
