Host is really helpful, even he allowed us to change check in time on the same day. Rooms are perfectly clean. And breakfast is really nice. Even we cancelled the breakfast due to early checkout on the last day they packed breakfast for us.

Host was very friendly and nice. The scenery was very beautiful. It’s easily reach by bus from Königssee (Bus 843B).
This guest house is set in a quiet and beautiful location on a mountain in Oberau, with views across the valley towards the Watzmann and Untersberg mountains.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
A beautiful, very spacious and comfortable apartment, amazingly decorated and with all the amenities one might need for a short or longer stay. The location is perfect for discovering the region, close to Salzburg as well as the mountains and the lakes both in Germany and Austria. The hosts are amazingly nice and obviously very much motivated to make their place as pleasant as possible for the guests. Overall - this place is very much recommended.
Hosts and view from the window were exceptional. Quite surroundings. Premises are basic but have all the necessary things.
Good location for exploring Tyrol or western Austria.
Clean, Great location, very friendly staff, comfortable mattresses, air-conditioned, possiblity for late check-in, decent room size, three separate beds possible
Location a little difficut to find ( I have two GPS and the one I was using led me to the wrong place - Google to the rescue!!) and a nice quiet place to stay. Aldi nearby also.
We actually used it as a base to visit Salzburg - 20 minute drive to park and ride and 5 Euro (July August) to park and for bus to centre (up to 5 people). Far better value for money than Salzburg hotels and on our route to neuschwanstein castle in the south the next day.
This is a lovely apartment with great hosts. It is warm and comfortable, with nice beds, and plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need for vacation.
Dogs are welcome for a small extra charge. The walks in the area, along the river, are really nice.
It even has underground parking space, which was great for our winter visit (The parking garage entrance is quite narrow!)
