The staff were great- very attentive and friendly. However, cleanliness was poor, with rust, dirt and torn bedsheets. The hot water didn’t work well either. On the bright side, the location was great, it’s pet-friendly (but you need to inform it on your reservation) and the breakfast was simple but good. Dinner was hit or miss - the soup was great, but the rest wasn’t as good.

One of our amazing stays. Let's start with a location that is close to the attractions in the Black Forest. At first we planned to stay 6 nights and extended to 8 nights. We got apartment number 33, insanely comfortable, spectacular view, quiet, clean, new, kitchenette that has everything. The most important thing is the warm welcome of the whole team. Courteous and friendly staff, kind, and available. Highly recommend . Best stay I've ever had.
