Breakfast was excellent. Sekt included 🙂. Room super clean. Good value for money given the location in Binz. I've read the comments about one room being on the small side but we were upgraded (assuming because it wasn't high season), and our room was perfectly nice. Staff were super friendly on arrival and departure (including a little dog) and we were given a tip for a nice walking route to catch the steam train. The room was super quiet too. Didn't hear another from the street or the hotel.

Good Location: The hotel is ideally situated close to the beach, making it perfect for beach lovers. Additionally, it's conveniently near the bus stop and one of the station of the "Rasender Roland," which made getting around easy and fun.
Convenient Check-in: I arrived late at night, but the check-in process was seamless. I received an email with clear instructions on how to collect the keys, which made my late-night arrival stress-free.
Friendly Staff: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were always ready to assist with any questions or needs I had during my stay.
Good Breakfast: The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a good variety of options to start the day off right.

The owner was a very kind and helpful man, who tried to communicate with me even though I do not speak German and he did not speak English. And so was his daughter, who supported me in English over messages.
We even got some coupons, discounts, free parking in the area etc. Amazing!
The room and bathroom were super spacious, both absolutely spotless!
Beds were big.
We had a small kitchen in the room, but there was also a shared lounge with a kitchen to use in the main bulding, which we did not really need.

A good breakfast, a good location for trips in various places in the island, better price than at the seaside, comfortable private parking just beside the pension.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. The apartment was perfect - we had our morning cup of coffee at the beach as it is co close, there was everything one could need in the apartement, clean, quiet (we spent there five days on the beginning of May, had neighbours upstairs, nothing bothered us!). Contact with Oksana who manages the place was excellent, there was a room for our bikes and Ruegen is so lovely and bikeable, bike friendly. We highly appreciate it!
