Good little place in Tababela, near Quito. Excellent choice if you don’t want to go into Quito, which is 35 km from the airport. I stayed here for two overnights on the space of a week. I met only one staff member, who makes a light breakfast and will drive you to the airport for $8.10! (He did this for me at 2:30 am!) This place is very cheap but perfectly fine.

Everything was perfect! Loved the charming house atmosfere in beautiful surroundings. I regret not having time to stay and relax here for another day. It is very clean and neat. The gentleman is a great host.I called him to confirm my booking before arrival because I read a review about the hotel being locked. Got the phone number from Google, though. The one on Booking is not responding. He accommodated me half an hour after booking!

Margarita was a very good host. So friendly and warm. We had wonderful conversation and she was super helpful calling me a taxi twice and making sure the taxi driver got me to the right location. She was also wonderful at letting in the food delivery person and making sure the driver could find the location. Ample supply of fresh water and a nice well-stocked kitchen.

Amazing value for the money. Comfortable room, kind staff, 24 front desk, good breakfast, awesome rooftop. You have to walk about 3 blocks into what's considered the dangerous part of town. Other than that, perfect.
