A fabulous brand new guesthouse in Old Town Tallinn. It is tastefully decorated , everything is of a high standard and it is warm -the rooms have individual radiator temperature control and it is well insulated. The self check in is via a code sent by the owner. The location is 10 minute walk to the centre of the old town, a supermarket is 5 minutes away, the bus stop (number 2) from the airport is a 10 minute walk. The communal lounge has arm chairs , tables , TV and an adjacent small kitchen for cooking your own meals complete with a fridge freezer for guest use. There are 2 bathrooms downstairs with toilet , sink and a great shower, despite them being shared I never had to wait and the water was always hot. Harri , the owner, is there every evening and is very responsive to messages. Great value for money , a fabulous place to stay in Tallinn . Lovely, covert place in a very sweet dacha neighbourhood. The hosts are some of the nicest people you will encounter, very friendly and care-taking. The hot tub, while being for an additional cost of 75 EUR, was a very welcome addition. Me and my friends enjoyed a very campsitey cozy trip with sauna, hot tub and beer, and we all loved the place. Made us feel young again.

It is a lovely place, everything is quite small, but very tidy and it has a great atmosphere - the shower is very confy and the breakfast is clearly made with love. It is less than 15 min from the University!
