Gustav Ernesaks- Kadriorg features accommodation located 3.8 km from the centre of Tallinn and offers a garden and barbecue facilities.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and encountered an utterly deplorable and potentially life-threatening situation. Despite the quiet hours starting at 10:00 PM, an emergency siren blared at 11:30 PM, accompanied by a strong smell of burning plastic and smoke. Myself and other guests were forced to flee outside into the freezing cold in our pajamas. I have a heart condition and rely on medication, and this incident caused me extreme stress that could have had serious health consequences. As I was evacuating, I encountered a group of individuals, possibly of Caucasian or Central Asian descent (I know Turkish and recognized they were speaking some Turkic language). They were laughing and, by their own admission, claimed they had started a fire in the kitchen. I captured this on video. After about 10 minutes, a single security guard arrived, and we were allowed back inside 5 minutes later - 20 minutes total in the cold and under immense stress, with no explanation provided. The cause of the fire was never disclosed, raising serious concerns about the hotel’s safety. After midnight, the siren was tested at least five more times, and until 2:00 AM, I could hear loud conversations, phone calls, and footsteps, making rest impossible. I messaged the hotel owner about the incident at 12:30 AM, but received a response only at 10:30 AM, stating they were unaware of the situation - an astonishingly irresponsible reply. In the morning, I saw the same individuals allegedly responsible for the fire still in the hotel, possibly illegal staff members, which only heightened my sense of unease. I have all proof - the chat with hotel manager, pictures and videos of the incident. I suggested the manager to send the video as a proof of the fire alarm but he suddenly went silent. This hotel fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality and poses a genuine risk to guests’ safety.

Offering garden views, Oti Guesthouse is set in the Haabersti district of Tallinn, 400 metres from Kakumäe Rand and 5 km from Estonian Open Air Museum.

Great location in the outskirts of Tallinn. The area is very green, the beach is closeby, and the port is closeby. The beds were comfortable. Small balcony is perfect to sit outside in the evening. Owner was flexible to welcome us at a later time than expected.

Located in Tallinn, Hotel Marta 8 - centre & garden occupies a wooden house built in 1901 that was renovated using eco-friendly materials.

I stayed at Marta 8 for work (training in a club nearby) and needed a quiet space to relax after busy day. This place was perfect – calm, cozy, and with a special atmosphere that made me feel at ease. The energy of the house is wonderful, and I loved the little details, like being able to make a cup of tea and unwind in peace. It’s different from typical hotels, with a unique charm that makes it feel more personal and welcoming. I appreciate a peaceful stay with character, when travelling. Thank you!

Spacious and well-equipped apartment in a great location with the old town and all sights in easy walking distance. Madis and Tina were great hosts, helping us out of a hole when we stupidly left our passports behind. We can't thank them enough.

It's probably one of the cheapest private room options you could book here in Tallinn, so with that in mind, this place offers so much value for money. The location is perfect; it is right next to Nautica shopping mall and 10-15 minutes' walk away from Old Town and the city centre. However, what sets it apart from other hostels is the hospitality level. The host is super helpful and friendly and will try to accommodate anything.

First-class and quiet apartment next to the bus station. Large windows with a view over the lower houses. The bed was very comfortable. A short walk to the city center. The host's communication is very precise. I am grateful for her kindness. I recommend!

The place is accurately described in the add; The host is responsive and provided clear instructions; the apt is kinda small but comfortable enough for 1 or 2 people for a few days. It is just a short walk to the city center; the place is very quiet

The property is clean, well positioned and the host was incredibly helpful and lovely when we reached out for local recommendations. She even recommended a plan for a day trip to the beach on scooters, where to go for food and the best locations for shopping nearby. The flat is very close to the old town/city centre (few minutes on a bus or 10 mins walk), 5 mins from a huge shopping centre and yet is quiet and comfortable.

Excellent apartment to rent for very good price. You will find there everything you need, including iron, washing machine and dryer, fully equipped kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood and great hosts. I would say that the apparent is in the middle between airport (walkable distance) and city center, close to bus station.
