The owners are really nice and helpful, they made everything so we could feel well in their place. We really enjoyed the stay. We could store the luggage after check-out and take an additional coffee after coming to take it back. Also location is perfect, just 10 meters from the entrance to Matiko-Bilbao train and metro station.

    Quiet, and good value. Close to the city to do the Guggenheim gallery, then to catch the ferry home next day. Didn't realize that the local town facilities were so close (just across the highway). so this would have been a "like" but didn't know it.

    So happy to find a decent, clean and affordable place to stay that allows dogs! We always travel with our dog, so that limits our choices. It was quiet, green and leafy outside and had a children's playground where I could take our dog. Staff was great too!

    Good value for money being a long way outside the city of Bilbao. It's a 15 minute walk to the train station that takes you to Bilbao centre, or use a car. On an industrial estate, so quiet at night. Breakfast is OK and the room had aircon (just as well during the summer 2022 heatwave). Friendly efficient staff. Elevator to all floors.
