Excellent hotel right by the river near foot of Cares Gorge. Very pleasant owner who made me feel most welcome. Nice room with two comfortable single beds and clean shared bathroom just across the corridor. Washbasin in room too. Towels provided. Great bar downstairs with large TV screen. Very good evening menu del dia provided - 3 courses plus bread and a small carafe of wine for 18 euros. The food was good and there was a wide choice of dishes for each course. Good breakfast also provided in pleasant dining room from 0830. Strong wi-fi. Lots of free car parking opposite the hotel. All in all one of the best Spanish budget hotels I have stayed in

Everything. The views of the mountains, the river noise, the fruit trees ( caqui😋),the bonsais, the lamb pasture, and the super attention to detail. We had hike and area books to our disposal , comfy lounge chairs to watch the sunset and enjoy our sidra. The location is magical, perfectly in between Santo Toribio, Potes, Fuente De and Mogrovejo. We slept so well after our hiking days. Parking is easy with plenty of space. Thanks Lourdes for sharing your beautiful space.
