The property does not worth the money paid for.they said breakfast included, but what they offer is nothing near breakfast. The cleaning was very poor, no TV in the rooms, no fridge. The toilet is shared, but the toilet does not fit for purpose. The location is not good. Poor water drainage in the bathroom. The sofa in the communal lounge is old and dirty. The whole property needs renovation.

The room, facilities, cleanliness and layout were all good well stocked kitchen and the outdoor sitting area was great in the evenings. Security was good, location was good.

The most wonderful little room, exactly as the description states: en suite double room with comfortable bed, coffee and tea, lovely private terrace, swimming pool (with pool towels included) and the nicest mother and son running it! Fabio texted beforehand with information on how to find the property (it's within an apartment complex) and was in constant contact via WhatsApp. Check in was very smooth as his mother welcomed us. She brought us any extras we needed (like a knife for our picnic). They were the nicest hosts ever, it felt so personal.

This might be one of the prettiest places we've ever stayed (and we've stayed in a lot!). My goodness, the gardens, the decor, the view, it's all just stunning. It felt really premium. We were only there for a night before going to the airport the next day but the service we got was still incredibly good (bottle of cava, towels for the pool, even an earlier than usual breakfast which was SO appreciated). The garden/pool gets sun until about half an hour before sunset and it's just such a nice place to hang out and read. We walked down to the restaurant 10 minutes away and had a nice meal with a nice view - but if you're staying for a while you'd probably want to line up some other options such as driving into Adeje or cooking in the kitchen onsite. There was also one other restaurant within walking distance if memory serves.
