Beautiful views of the Royal Palace and Alina in the reception was very pleasant and professional. The cleaning staff were friendly and kept the room clean and well maintained. Definitely worth the visit to the hotel and if possible, get a room with a nice view of the Palace. Also, the breakfast at the cafe downstairs is delicious (especially the Eggs Benedict!) and the decor is very nice too!

A great location (very close to shops and restaurants)with super friendly staff. The beds were comfortable but the bathrooms were extra small.

The place is close to the airport but there is not much to do around. We had a few hours in madris so maybe it would have been better to book a ppace in the city center and sleep a little less before the filght. Also, there are no lifts for the lagguges.

Attractive,modern design. Pleasant reception. Excellent shower. Wifi worked well. Comfy bed. Very convenient to get to the Metro. Access to the kitchen was a real benefit if you want a hot tea.

Hotel is allocated in the city center. Near to all major attractions. Laundry place, Carrefour express is just next to it. Grand Via is 3 minutes walk. Metro Gran Via, Metro Sol and Metro Plaza España are connecting to airport. It’s just behind Primark and HM Store. Surrounded by cafes and retails. Room is so clean. HK cleaned it everyday. I have Terrance also. I like the bathroom so cute. Receptionist so friendly and helpful. The lady(I don’t know her name & the guy Camillo?)

The location was excellent, close to many bars, restaurants and the main museums. The service was spectacular and the rooms were spotless.
