We had an enormous room for three which could have easily slept five. Really clean and comfortable with a very good shower.
The owner gave us a warm welcome and even booked us somewhere to eat.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
great garden, nice fresh prepared food, great breakfast and home feeling, very good value of money, perfect if you want to stay in a quiet environment.
The house is just fantastic, a tastefully rejuvenated large house, furnished in exquisite style, with a host who is extremely welcoming, hospitable and accommodating. The area was tranquil and the gardens were extensive. We will be staying here again.
Great breakfast, lovely hosts, warm & friendly sitting room with well-stocked bookshelf by woodburner, cosy beds in quiet & comfy bedroom overlooking the garden with great walk-in shower.
Classic French property, well cared for and tastefully restored. Comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was very good. My host could not have been more helpful.
What a fabulous find! A lovely house with a great terrace running the length of the house overlooking the delightful garden. Fabulous hostess and a great room with very comfortable beds. I cannot recommend this charming Chambre d’Hote enough!
Wonderful little find, totally idyllic. The host, Myriam was very welcoming and made sure we had all we needed, including sourcing dairy free yogurts for my daughters' breakfast.
The cottage is beautifully decorated, with lots of gorgeous books about the local region. The huge terrace at the back provided much needed shade and space for quiet rest after a long journey.
The breakfast was amazing, a huge spread of different breads (freshly delivered), jams, fruits, tea or coffee, orange juice, yogurts, local butter.
