While the hotel is beautiful and clean, the reason I am giving a bad review is because they charged me twice for the room. Even though they have acknowledged the mistake they have not rectified it. I have been trying to get them to fix the mistake for almost a month now. I delayed writing my review because I didn’t want to be mean but seriously - how difficult is it to return me what they owe me!!! What’s worse Booking.com does not even answer my messages. Genius level is a sham :(

The owners, Mark and Zahara are incredible hosts. They are kind, friendly and incredibly generous. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious and in the perfect location. From day one we felt like family. Mark even drove us to the train and made sure we got on the right car. 10 stars!!!!!
