The main house is quite special and the hosts Emeric & Laura are welcoming and obviously love food and decor, they have thought of everything. However staying in the new La Cabane pod makes a night here even more special. Lying on the luxury bedding looking out through the huge opening, watching the clouds pass behind the treeline while birds fly back and forth is mesmerising, like camping but in total luxury. Make sure to ask for the breakfast hamper, magnifique!

Wonderful hosts who could not have been more friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. Having breakfast on the balcony was a real bonus. The breakfast was beautifully presented with lots of home made goodies. We had a meal on our first night and the cold plate on the last night, both of which were excellent. Within walking distance of Aze village and the Grottes D'Aze, with plenty of vineyards close by. The walk around the vineyards of Ige is to be recommended

We had supper at the property. A lovely beef burgundy main, followed by an amazing cheese board featuring about 15 local cheeses, with a detailed explanation provided by Christophe (our host). His english is excellent and he is very enthusiastic and informative about the Macon area.

This is a rare gem, beautiful, charming, friendly and comfortable. As french countryside as i gets. It's been renowated with good taste and lot's of love. The owner/hostess is very nice and speaks good english. Too bad we just had one night one our trip to Provence. Higly recommended
