The appartement is quiet and was very clean, the bathroom has a good shower and enough storage space. The livingroom has 2 comfortable sofas. The kitchen is dated but has a good working washingmachine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and nespresso machine. Supermarket is walking distance to cook in a kitchen that has it all. Mandelieu beach is 20 min walking and cannes is 8 min by train away. It has a nice layout and balcony. it is airy and luminous. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a big-screen TV. Some nice details: a large shower with two shower heads; lots of kitchen utensils; washing machine. Good heating for winter (I was there in November). The garden, was absolutly divine especially with the little pond. so relaxing.
