Our hosts were thoughtful and kind. Laetitia and her husband took us to and from the Monet house and garden as we arrived by train + bus from Paris and had no car. They also arranged for and took us to the meeting point with our driver and car to Pontorson. Charming garden in a pretty village, with comfortable detached room at bottom of the garden, with skylight.
We had un unforgettable stay at this stunning Art Deco castle (built by the famous Architect Auguste Perret). The unique architecture and elegant decor, truly set this amazing location, couple of Km from Monet's house in Giverny.
The highlight of our visit was the incredible hospitality of the owner and his wife. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the dinner they prepared for us in the terrasse was simply superb. Don't forget to ask for a wine cellar tour..😉
We had as well a nice relaxing moment in the big private area with warm Jacuzzi and Gym.
We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and special experience

Location close to Giverny (Monet's house & gardens) was PERFECT! The swimming pool was very relaxing after having spent a hot day outside. Lots of lounge chairs around the pool. Spacious room with nice bathroom and separate toilet. Sitting area in room. Very good beds. Lovely 3-course dinner (at 25 eur pp!) prepared by the hostess and served on the terrace outside at a large table for all the guests. Very enjoyable! Good wine and coffee too! Good breakfast included in the room rate. The hostess goes out of her way to accomodate the guests. Chapeau for her work!

Lovely hosts who were very knowledgeable and made sure we were comfortable. Tastefully newly renovated rooms which were spacious with en-suite shower rooms. Breakfast room with fridge, microwave, toaster and tea/coffee making facilities.

Just lovely… we were blessed with beautiful weather so we’re able to enjoy the gardens and all the facilities available. The Gite was packed full of interesting books and games and the outside area was very restful and pretty

Nice spacious cottage with lots of privacy. Beautiful setting on the Seine, half an hour drive from Monet's gardens. The hostess was very friendly and we shared the beautiful large garden. If you like peace and nature the ideal vacation destination.
