Beautiful large house just outside Forcalquier. Very friendly host. Rooms were very clean and well equipped. Despite being close to the road the rooms were not noisy at all. There was a good choice at breakfast. There is an outdoor swimming pool with a glass cover which we used.

    The location is idyllic for a retreat from the city. Views are breathtaking and the house charming and comfortable.. The hosts are helpful and friendly without being imposing. Spring flowers everywhere. A real breath of fresh air. Lovely welcome gift of local produce and flowers.

    I had my own little hut that was the size of the bedroom without of charming French countryside features. The swimming pool was fantastic and the reason I chose to stay there. I didn't know about the tranquil country setting with lots of birds that sang in the morning which was a real treat. Also the hut was among lots of trees with some horses nearby.
