Offering a garden and garden view, La Maison de Raph is located in Villeneuve dʼOlmes, 8.7 km from Museum of Montségur and 13 km from Fountain Fontestorbes.

We were walking the GR367 and the accommodation at Roquefixade was fully booked so Raph very kindly picked us up by car and dropped us off in the morning to resume our walk. He cooked an exceptional evening meal.

Set in Fougax-et-Barrineuf and only 5.2 km from Fountain Fontestorbes, Au mohair des Alpy offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking.

What we liked the most about Mohair des Alpy is the warm welcome and the friendliness of the owners Eric and Marie-Laure. They told us all about the region they live in, and are obviously very proud of! They gave us great ideas for hiking and sightseeing in the area. They are obvioulsy very proud of their herd of angora goats, which are very cute and lovely to have around. We enjoyed the location of the B&B, very quiet, the only thing you hear at night are the owls! Peace and quiet all around. The use of a fully equipped kitchen is certainly a plus, since there are not that many restaurants in the area.

Spacious, had everything needed and more, for a self catering apartment. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. There if needed. Beautiful spot just minutes from the centre. As a cyclist, was in great location to hit the mountains. Value for money.

We had a spacious and comfortable suite on the top floor of this lovely 18th century building. It’s full of character with some interesting artworks and ornaments. The bed was comfortable and it was great to find the heating was on as it was a cold wet day. The breakfast was very generous and included several homemade cakes and no less than 12 different preserves to choose from. We managed to have a great chat with our host despite our limited French and his slightly better English.
