It’s a completely finished stone basement very comfortable, and most of all very quiet. The host was so kind he offered us wine, which was welcomed after a long trip. He could not have been nicer.

We had a very pleasant stay, the room/bathroom were well equipped, spacious and confortable.The host was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh bread and homemade yogurt and jams.

Amazing view, amazing set up. We liked the quiet and peaceful environment that the staff has created there. Beautiful gardens and pieces of art. 70 hectares of nature, with dears, goat hogs and varieties of birds.

    This is a very nice boutique hotel in the Centre of Valence. The building combines character, comfort and space. The host is a very kind young man, very helpful. They have an electric charger for your car which is included in the parking charge of 15 euro. The breakfast is 18 euro pp but certainly worth the money. Only downside was the lack of hot water for the shower, that was very low. They seem to be aware and hopefully will improve.

    Great location for an overnight stay and onward travel. Nice to walk on a footpath into Valence centre, a beautiful town well worth seeing. Hotel immaculate, staff friendly and helpful, secure free parking, nice sized comfortable room, quiet nights sleep, great value for money.

    This was the perfect little studio apartment in a great location, would highly recommend. Host was super helpful, place was nice and clean. The air con was a God send, as the city was super hot when I was there.

    When staying in an apartment, you are always concerned about communication and the check-in procedure! Our knowledge of French is minimal, but everything went smoothly. The host also does speak some English. Perfect check-in / check-out without problem! Parking nearby. Restaurants aplenty. Very quiet location literally in the shade of the cathedral, which is the main attraction of downtown! We loved everything about the place!

    The apartment is Fabulous. Great location, Beautifully decorated, Fully Equipped and very comfortable. The hosts provided very quick response to questions. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is in a very quiet neighbourhood. We will return.
