The lodging is quiet, located by a stream in a little town. The hostess greeted me warmly, and showed me to my nice room. I arranged for dinner for both nights of my stay. The dinner was wonderful! It began with an appetizer and cocktail or the delicious plum sparkling drink. The main course was delicious, and the dessert and coffee was perfect. I was visiting the Verdun memorials during the day, about 20 minutes away, and it was nice to have dinner at 7, and sometimes chat with other guests about the day. The breakfast was croissant, bread, and a fridge full of fruit, cheeses, and juice. This is a nice location, comfy rooms, and excellent food.

A beautiful place, surrounded by nature and beautiful garden, which has many hideaway places. The place is a beautiful retreat from the luxuries of the city life and makes you appreciate everything we have in modern homes. It's not for everyone, but we enjoyed our short stay. The hostess is very hospitable, she was kind enough to wait for us when we were 3 hours late to check-in after a very long traffic delay. The breakfast was nice, the room and the food make us feel like royalty.
