It is a very good bed and breakfast. The best part is the breakfast, with many choices. The location is good, on the way to the harbor and easy to find. Hosts Charlie and Julie-Anne were extremely nice.

It's a clean and beautiful property. Host Kelly is very kind and friendly. We got a family room for us 5(2 adults, 2 kids and gran)with 2 separate rooms that gave everyone a sense of privacy. Comfortable beds and quiet nights helped us sleep well. Hotel has a heated pool which my kid loved. Breakfast served was very good. The whole staff is very sweet and helpful. Kelly let us eat in the dining room when we did a takeaway as we have 2 under 5s and couldn't manage to go out for dinner. Lot of shops at 5 min walking distance. Excellent base to explore famous Devon attractions
