We had a wonderful stay in the Cozy Lambeth House. The room was clean and the heating was nice. Our host, Octavio was very kind and welcoming. The area was peaceful and beautiful. Altough it looks like it's far from the centre, if you take the bus or the railway, you can get to the Big Ben or London Bridge in 40 minutes.

Lovely property. Michelle was an attentive host. We didn’t have the issue of noise mentioned in other reviews (only 2 rooms had people) but the many shiny hard surfaces do not absorb sound so any noise is amplified. It was a sunny day and being able to have breakfast in the garden was a treat.

    Great location right opposite the station, but also has a lot of parking if you are travelling by car. On main road but surprisingly quiet inside and the bar and restaurant are not open really late so no noise problems from there. Staff were all pleasant and helpful.

    Great location. Well connected with public transport to central London yet quiet enough to wake up and only hear the birds through our open window. Beautiful, tasteful and interesting decor with real attention to detail. Immaculately clean and well equipped room. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff.     Very quiet and peaceful area. The apartment was spacious and had everything to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. She even provided fruits. Great internet. It was home away from home. Safe off street parking was a bonus. Cynthia was the perfect host. Never seen but always present.

    The place was like home, nice and clean. No detail was missed, the host made sure we had everything we needed. They were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. A handy manual was supplied that made our stay very easy and straightforward. All the things we could need for a comfortable stay were supplied. VERY comfortable bed too! Amazing place, great quiet location.
