Our stay here was wonderful! The hosts were lovely and very kind and welcoming. They were super available to help us out and even offered to drive us to nearby towns for food recommendations and to go to the Alpaca walking activity we booked. The room had everything we needed (even heated flooring!) so we felt very comfortable and relaxed during our stay. We would definitely stay again! Perfect getaway spot for friends, couples or going solo ✨

The location is very near to restaurants, bars, the beach and amusement arcade/park. I had used all the cream left in the room and the accommodation supplied more than enough once they see I used it without even having to ask!!

Great location with pubs,Tesco express and the bus route into to town 1min away. Plenty of parking onsite and a lovely welcome from Madeline. A well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and a good shower. We would visit again next time we are in Bognor.

    Garry, our host was fantastic. Very friendly and did what he could to make us feel most comfortable. We had fresh fruit and breakfast in the mornings which was a generous and lovely addition. The accommodation was very unique and charming in a lovely location.

    Lovely room with unsuite, very comfy bed and pillows, tea making facilities. Quiet location. Claire is great host. She wasso helpful in giving USA lift to and from the party we attended. She didn't ask for any money to do this for us but we felt it only fair to give her taxi fare. Continental breakfast was served in the dining room and all was presented beautifully.

    This was an amazing guest house,, in a quiet, pretty little village just outside Chichester. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was cooked to order and was exceptional. In additional to the cooked breakfast there was plenty of fresh bread, fruit, yoghurts and cereals. Also different choices of teas and coffees. Our host, Matt, was very informative and gave us plenty of suggestions on what to do in the area. We would have no hesitation to recommend this to our friends and family.

    The hut is delightful, solidly constructed and beautifully finished. Set at the end of the owners' well kept garden with private outdoor seating. Well equipped with quality crockery and utensils. Homemade bread was delicious. Also plenty of butter, jams, yogurt, fresh fruit and cereals etc for breakfast. A very quiet and peaceful place to relax. Elaine and Bruce are great hosts and super friendly and helpful.
