Featuring garden views, The Hay Loft - private bathroom in separate building provides accommodation with barbecue facilities and a patio, around 19 km from Dunster Castle.

Comfy bed. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and crossiants available. Milk in fridge for us to use. Handy microwave. Easter eggs left for us on arrival which was a lovely touch. In quite a remote area but no problem for us was very quiet. Tom and Lydia were very friendly and helpful hosts.

The Blue Ball Inn is located in the north of Exmoor National Park, 500 metres from the sea. It offers home-cooked food, a traditional pub and rooms with countryside views.

The reception was very welcoming and friendly on arrival and made a fuss of our two dogs. The rest of the staff were also friendly and approachable with good communication skills, which is rare these days. The location is great for walks and the rooms are very comfortable. We had breakfast every morning, which was tasty with a good choice of meals. We also ate here every night and the food was tasty and convenient when you've been out all day.

Exmoor House is set on Dunster’s oldest street in Exmoor National Park. Housed in a Grade-II, 17th-century building, this charming property offers a lounge and 6 en suite rooms.

Jane and James were exceptionally hosts. Their Exmoor House is well located, has quiet rooms, is clean, has a delicious included breakfast and is tremendously cozy. The place is an excellent option for a long or short stay.

Lovely comfortable room with a delightful view. Great choice of breakfast items - delicious fresh fruit, creamy yoghurt, eggs cooked to perfection. Karen and Pete are delightful hosts, very friendly and helpful. Update 27/07/24: I had a self-inflicted problem related to our stay which, at great inconvenience to herself, Karen promptly and efficiently resolved. She went above and beyond, and I am extremely grateful to her. Five-star-plus service!

Fantastic location for the castle and other walks around Dunster. Very clean and cosy with wonderful welcoming hosts. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen, although small, was very well equipped. Very quiet too. The hosts restaurant, Hathaway's, comes highly recommended too!

The house was beautiful. The garden in front of the apartment and in the backyard was dreamy. The stay was cute, comfy, and we'll equipped. The hosts were gracious enough to stock up fresh fruits, milk and local oats from the local water mill!! This is Dunster's best kept secret!
