Wonderful stay in the countryside, away from the hustle and bustle! Comfy beds, clean, good facilities and a lovely host. Cosy and warm feel to the house and very spacious! We loved the bath tub. The hot tub was a great addition.

I went to visit a friend and was the closest I could get. It is a ten minute walk to the local co op. Four poster bed, great shower massive room, fridge, microwave, tv, coffee, kettle, iron and ironing board, comfy, quiet and relaxing, the house is a treasure trove of old furniture, a walk around the gardens I could imagine the big family and social gatherings that would have taken place at one time.

What I liked more than anything, was the peace and quiet, I felt really relaxed. The room is really spacious, and the bed was comfortable and warm . The room is well heated and clean The shower was nice and hot can't complain. Heated towel rail fresh towels. The host even left new soap and shower gel. The house is old and creaky and full of character. Also the host laid on free coffee tea and milk which I thought was a nice touch, and we'll appreciated . Being so close to London the room was exceptional cheap
