Just 5 minutes’ walk from Grantham’s town centre, this charming Grade II listed Georgian townhouse free WiFi in all rooms and ample free parking on site.

Lovely single room, the bed was really comfortable with great pillows. The ironing board and iron was a great unexpected extra and tea and coffee in the room a nice touch.

I received a warm welcome when I arrived and had parking reserved for me on the drive. The hosts has thought of everything I might need for my stay including fresh milk and things for breakfast. The space was clean and well-presented. It was the perfect base from which I could visit friends who live locally and I’ll definitely be back again.

Historical authentic hotel, charming, cozy and comfortable. Despite being there for 600 years, it has all modern facilities and well organised. Hotel is centrally located, room was warm and quiet.

This was an ideal property for our overnight stay. The Coach House was in a small, quiet village with the lovely village pub just a couple of doors down. The property was well equipped. Choice of a breakfast hamper or a cooked breakfast in the host’s conservatory. We went for the cooked breakfast which was delicious & it was lovely to chat to the hosts & the other guests . Would definitely return

An gorgeous stay in a superbly well equipped cottage at the side of the pub so you had food and drink next door and then a peaceful and quiet stay to look forward to. The pub owners are so friendly and welcoming and 100% go the extra mile to do anything they can to help. The food is delicious and I even got a parking space off road for the car right next to the cottage. The breakfast was so generous, with cereals and pastries, toast if you wanted it, yougurts fresh fruit. Incredible.

Great location, quiet and secure with plenty of parking. Lovely welcome hamper and very good breakfast items provided. The Coop was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, there’s also a fab help guide telling you everything you need to know about staying at the Coop and the local area. The host was easy to contact, very friendly and helpful.

My step dad and I travelled up to the area as I had a competition with my horse at Arena UK. Emma and Rob were great hosts from start to finish….very accommodating and left us a little welcome hamper. The coop is perfect and set in such a beautiful quiet location. We also had breakfast from that had been sourced locally which was superb….the fresh farm eggs especially! Cannot recommend this place enough…we will definitely be back and probably will bring the dog next time. We saw deer and hares along the drive too….beautiful! :)
