Breakfast was great both days and the high tea that was included was a nice touch. The area was lovely and it was a short walk to the sister hotel to use the spa facilities. Stayed in the Penthouse, top floor with a private outside terrace which is nearly as big as the room… great for the dog and if we had had better weather, for us too! Plenty of parking, Richard was on hand twice when we needed a hand… forgotten phone charger and then jump leads for the car!!! Beds and pillows are very comfortable. It was very quiet during my stay. The staff were very friendly and gave good tips for hiking paths. Great location.
