The Claymore is an attractive Victorian residence with its own private drive with free parking and gardens, only 2 minutes walk from Pitlochry town centre. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

A great location with very friendly and welcoming hosts. There were lots of little extra touches that made staying at the Claymore a treat. From the bottled water, to the slippers and the bedtime chocolates, the amazing breakfast and the recommendations from the hosts of what to do and where to go round the village. We can't wait to return and explore more.

Situated in Blairgowrie and only 23 km from Scone Palace, Ivybank Lodge features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking.

Everything. A beautiful home, superbly decorated and cleanliness maintained to the highest standard. Bedroom was a good size, bed comfortable with superior linens and towels. Host, Garry, was welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was first class. Unfortunately we hadn’t pre booked dinner which I’m sure would have also been of the highest quality, so we missed out there. We’ll know for next time.

Our stay was exceptionally pleasant with wonderful hosts and a pristine, quiet environment in a scenic location (loved the board games and the living room). We enjoyed the most restful sleep in ages, thanks to a cozy bed and room. The home-cooked breakfast was very tasty.

Great location, very spacious and clean rooms. Incredibly helpful hosts who ensured we were fed despite it being bank holiday so limited restaurants open nearby. Welcoming to dogs including access to fenced dog exercise area. Great tasty breakfasts. Honesty bar and log fire with board games etc was really nice touch. Would definitely recommend.
