This was a brief visit for the weekend. I needed a comfortable place to stay and somewhere to keep my car. Staff were accommodating before and after my stay with parking facilities. The room was small, but that was fine for my needs. A private bathroom with a lovely strong, warm shower. Towels provided. This was a good place to be at the heart of Bury St, Edmunds. I would happily stay there again.

Easy access and Lee was brilliant to deal with.. Lovely clean room, nice bathroom and kitchen area. Ideal if you are working in the area and need a relaxing place to stay. Very quiet area.

Amazing experience! Couldn't have been any clearer or more comfortable. You are let in by a secure key coded door to a spotless kitchen with all the utilities you'd need for a night. The free bottled water, chocolate, tea bags and milk were a lovely touch. Place was absolutely spotless. A comfy bed with 2 puffed pillows and a blanket for the chiller nights. Great location to walk into Ipswich town centre and free parking too! Highly recommend.
