    Claudio is an excellent host who takes care to look after his guests. There is lots of free parking nearby at the weekend and the Guest House is in a great location and serves a great breakfast.

    Excellent value for money - very accommodating host, extremely helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. Great breakfast and the room was quiet and comfortable. Great location opposite the park and easy parking in the street.

    Chadwick Guesthouse is in a nice quiet area of Middlesbrough just across the road from Albert Park. Claudio, the host, is very welcoming and pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. It is the second time I have stayed here and it has proved excellent value for money both times.

    It is a lovely little Guesthouse in a quieter area of Middlesbrough but not too far from the city centre. The host Claudio was extremely pleasant, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was lovely.
