Forth stay at the Barn and their high standards have never changed. Greeted by Adrian who bought a tray of tea to our room. Room spotless, warm and comfortable. Good night's sleep. Excellent breakfast. Thank you Karen and Adrian.

    Rooms are beautifully presented and the complimentary snacks, choice of teas and coffee, water gave the finishing touch. We stayed here for work as working locally at Leeds-East Airport and would recommend the location - one pub very close doing lovely meals and another only 10mins walk. Breakfast was excellent. We stayed two nights so I sampled the full English breakfast and the salmon with scrambled egg - both excellent. Greta place to stay with lovely hosts - would thoroughly recommend.

    We stayed for one night at the Barn as we were attending a wedding at the neighbouring village. The host were exceptionally and went above and beyond, giving us a lift to the wedding reception. The room was lovely, spacious, clean and well stocked. The cooked breakfast was delicious and the service was impeccable. We will definitely be back to stay again. Thank you!

    Lovely location and a beautiful, enchanting building, both from the outside and inside. Very comfortable room, superbly decorated and spotless. Ditto the bathroom, which had a twin mode/rain shower. Every last detail accounted for, for guests - from the private safe in the room to the complementary slippers ! Fresh coffee and biscuits on arrival from the hostess - a really nice touch. A good breakfast - porridge in particular which was very creamy

    The room, though not exceptionally large, is very well appointed and beautifully decorated. Tea and coffee making facilities are generous, yet, despite this, our hostess insited on bringing a tray with freshly made tea and coffee on our arrival. The breakfast was exceptionally good - a plate of six different fresh fruits, followed by the traditional 'English', cooked to order and very tasty. There is a choice of teas and coffees. The local pub (a five minute walk away) serves food all day.

    -Loved the cleanliness and comfort . Everything immaculate. -Welcoming tea tray brought to room on arrival plus kettle ,tea, Coffee & biscuits in the tastefully decorated room -Breakfast was perfect . Beautifully presented fresh fruit , freshly squeezed orange juice, perfectly cooked bacon eggs sausages etc - Very pleasant hosts - the most beautiful hanging baskets - petunias in full bloom
