Owners could not do enough for us. Breakfast was excellant & extra if required. Loverly ensuite, with overhead shower.

    Easy to find, good ample free parking. Host was brilliant and very easy to reach. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Very quiet location and didn't hear any other guests in the building. Very peaceful nights sleep. Plenty charging points in the room too. Cookies and water in the room waiting for us was a lovely touch. Great value for money. 10 min walk to city centre.

    Great location - very peaceful and perfect setup for 2 for a break. Close to the sea - which was the main driver for us staying in the area. Chloe and Gareth were great hosts - keeping us informed on the run up to the stay and just letting us treat the bungalow as our own while we were there.

    Great location for Preston town centre and train station. Parking available onsite with security camera operating. Very warm and cosy and plenty of hot water for showers. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. Was quiet at night with windows closed even though next to the station. Clean enough upon arrival.

    3rd time we've stayed, great location, quiet, but near city centre. House always immaculate, well turned out. Was ready early for us, our request for that wasn't a problem to owners. Highly recommended for anyone having to stay in Preston. Looking forward to next visit.

    What an absolute gem of a place! Great host, a phone call away for queries etc. Decorated to a high standard & had everything you’d possibly need for a long or short stay. Comfy beds and having 2 bathrooms was a real bonus. Lovely quiet street with the hustle & bustle of the town centre around a 4 minute walk away. Great for parking too. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment again when I’m in the area A***
