Such a lovely stay, the room was very comfortable with everything you needed and great location near Brighton seafront. The host was excellent, so very friendly with great communication. Felt very looked after.

All as described. Good communication. Everything provided that we needed. Toiletries provided too. Included a small fridge with fresh milk provided. Also a surprise - a pain au chocolate each. Although on a main road, it is set back and screened by shrubbery. The traffic died down after about 11.30 pm and didn’t start again until about 7am so not an issue. An easy walk with rucksacks from the station.

Great stay over. Beautifully decorated and everything you need. Great telly and super comfy bed, great shower too! The keys were a bit tricky but persevere they do work! Didn’t meet the owners but they were very communicative over text and I loved the private entrance!
