Very good location for Filton station, taxi to centre wasn't horrific before and after midnight.
Room itself is lovely, comfortable, clean and extremely well thought out, the sheer design of the conversion is an amazing use of the space.
We felt very comfortable, it is private, decorated in a very warm welcoming manner.
Every aspect made you feel like you were staying at a friend of a friends house so they wanted to ensure you felt comfortable and had a nice stay.
We would highly recommend it.

No breakfast available other than a cereal bar and a croissant in a plastic wrapper in the room. I knew that breakfast as such was not included, so this small provision was a welcome surprise.

Property was clean and comfortable if a little basic. We were only there for one night and had to leave early the next morning to go to an appointment at Southmead Hospital, which
